Workforce Management Training Courses can include topics from job descriptions, job ads, hiring policy, hiring team, key candidate attributes, resumes, cover letters, short lists and these are before you actually hire someone.
Once job candidates are short listed there are job interviews and final offers made to successful job applicants and then the real HR work begins. The next tasks are onboarding and inductions courses and procedures, setting up payroll, keeping track of awards and pay rates and then time and attendance to process payroll.
