Most of these messages are system generated and if you get one at least that employer cares about your feelings! We’ve noticed that more and more jobs are becoming available on sites other than the leading job, SEEK.

SWAG is a job board from Employment Hero, a well funded technology startup that has a number of different online systems to help businesses manage their staff for shifts, onboarding, training and staff benefits.
You may recall from my previous blog post that Employment Hero bought the company that QuickBooks Online uses for their Payroll Solution for Australian users!
Swag is probably the most compelling tech story that has a chance at competing effectively against Seek.
Most of the job seeking tools available in Swag are similar to Seek:
The biggest difference is their focus on promoting the use of Artificial intelligence in most aspects of the job search, matching and application process.
Being the company that also owns a payroll management software platform they are in tight with a wide number of employers.
Could that be the difference between Sway and Seek – will it uncover the hidden jobs in Office and Business Administration?
